Who I am:
I came to massage through a long time interest in the subject and, once I began my course at Bodyology School of Massage, I knew it was right for me. I qualified in 2015 with an NVQ Level 4 qualification in Holistic Massage, Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology; accredited by the Massage Training Institute (MTI). I continued to develop my practice with Diplomas in Hot and Cold Stone Therapy and Warm Bamboo Therapy accredited with Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I have expanded my studies by completing a Level 5 Soft tissue therapy as the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) in 2018 accredited by the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM).
I have volunteered at numerous charities across London offering massage and advice, most notably setting up a Massage and Wellbeing day with Depression Alliance.
I am a full member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI), Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) and fully insured with Balens Insurance.
My Treatment approach:
I take a pragmatic approach when dealing with each client’s treatment and aim to make them feel although I have listened to each problem, and dealt with the client as an individual and not a symptom. I am passionate about providing all my clients the utmost quality of care as well as offering a calming and nurturing space to heal and recover. I take my time in giving each client a detailed aftercare to ensure the treatment is effective.
I use exclusively natural products from Song Bird Massage Wax and Vulsini natural stones and bamboo sticks.
Where I work:
Currently, I am based in:
The Well Garden (E8 2BT) Monday evenings and Adhoc
The Canonbury Natural Health Clinic (N1 2UQ) Adhoc
Fix London Fields (E8 3NJ) Tuesday and Friday evenings
